Ayala Business Park

Ayala Center Cebu is a large shopping mall at the Cebu Business Park in Cebu City, Philippines. It is the first Ayala Shopping Center located outside Metro Manila. It was opened in 1994, and is owned by Ayala Malls. For 15 years, It was the only Ayala Mall to bear the word Ayala in the name until Ayala Malls Solenad opened in 2009.

SM City Cebu, also known locally as SM Cebu, is a large shopping mall located in Cebu City, Philippines. It is the 4th shopping mall owned and developed by SM Prime Holdings, the country's largest shopping mall owner and developer. It is the company's first shopping mall outside of Metro Manila and the 7th largest shopping mall in the Philippines.

Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino is a four star hotel located in Cebu City, Philippines. The hotel has 561 guestrooms. Hotel function rooms include the Pacific Grand Ballroom, with over 2,000 m2 floor area, ten function rooms, and two pool gardens. It was constructed in time for the 1998 ASEAN Tourism Forum.

The IEC Convention Center of Cebu or the IC3 Convention Center (formerly the International Eucharistic Congress Pavilion) is a convention center within the grounds of the 23 Minore Park development along Pope John Paul II Avenue in Mabolo, Cebu City, Philippines. The convention center was built in order to host the 2016 International Eucharistic Congress held in the city.
