80 South Street is a residential skyscraper proposed for construction in New York City. The building was planned for construction in Lower Manhattan, and designed by renowned Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava. However, the project was cancelled on April 16, 2008 in the wake of a declining real estate market.

161 Maiden Lane (also known as 1 Seaport) is a residential skyscraper under construction in the Financial District of Manhattan, New York City. The building currently leans three inches to the north as a result of the method used to construct its foundation. The tilting is the subject of a law suit between the developer, Fortis Property Group, and engineering firm Pizzarotti.

The Guggenheim Museum SoHo was a branch of the Guggenheim Museum designed by Arata Isozaki that was located at the corner of Broadway and Prince Street in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood, New York City. The museum opened in 1992 and closed in 2001 after hosting exhibits that included Marc Chagall and the Jewish Theater, Paul Klee at the Guggenheim Museum, Robert Rauschenberg: A Retrospective, and Andy Warhol: The Last Supper, which served as a key part of the museum's permanent collection.
