Razor Hill, also known as Che Kwu Shan (Chinese: 鷓鴣山) indigenously, is a hill between Pik Uk, Ta Ku Ling, Tseung Kwan O, and Tai Po Tsai in the New Territories of Hong Kong. The north and east mid slope is skirted by Clear Water Bay Road.

Radiant Towers (Chinese: 旭輝臺) is a private housing estate in Po Lam, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong, developed by Hong Kong Housing Society and located next to the MTR Po Lam Station.The estate is one of the Society's Sandwich Class Housing Scheme projects converted to private developments.

Tseng Lan Shue (Traditional Chinese: 井欄樹) is a small village in Sai Kung District, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is located about 1 mile east of Fei Ngo Shan along the famous Clear Water Bay Road, and not far from Pik Uk. The village crosses Clear Water Bay Road and has about 250 settlements. There are some shops on the roadside and a small river through the village.

Tseung Kwan O Village (Chinese: 將軍澳村; pinyin: Jiāngjūn'ào Cūn) is a community in the Tseung Kwan O area of Hong Kong. Lying at the northern tip of Junk Bay the village rests at the foot of a small mountain. Before major development in the 1970s by the Hong Kong Government, the ocean was a mere 100 feet (30 m) away but the land has since been reclaimed and an urban area built upon it.

Serenity Place (Chinese: 怡心園) is a private housing estate in 88 Po Hong Road, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong, developed by Hong Kong Housing Society, next to MTR Po Lam Station. It is the Society's last Sandwich Class Housing Scheme project converted to private development. It was developed in 2000 and sold to the public in 2003.
