The Regent Hotel is a hotel in the town of Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, England. In recent times the hotel, like the town, has seen a decreasing number of guests from the celebrity and nobility circles. It has however had a colourful past with many famous guests and interesting events and is still by far the finest and most famous hotel in the town.

It was designed by the Architect Sir Frederick Gibberd and has two Auditoria, the first of which is a traditional Theatre which can hold 667 people.

Leamington Spa Avenue railway station was a station serving the Warwickshire town of Leamington Spa. It was opened in February 1854 by the London and North Western Railway (LNWR), three years after the line from Coventry to Leamington was extended from its original terminus at Milverton into the centre of Leamington, and joined end-on to the branch line to Rugby.

Despite being named "gardens" there is only one 5.4-acre (22,000 m2) area divided by footpaths with an ironwork bandstand in the centre.

Leamington Spa Town Hall is located in the settlement of the same name, Warwickshire, England. The current hall, found on The Parade, was opened in 1884 and has two main rooms, the council chamber used by Warwick District Council and a 250 capacity assembly room. Originally the plan was to build it next to the Royal Pump Rooms and the adjacent gardens, however the site eventually chosen was next to The Regent Hotel.
