Eston is a town in North Yorkshire, England. The local council, a unitary authority, is Redcar and Cleveland.Eston is next to Normanby, Grangetown and Teesville, indeed several institutions in Teesville and Normanby have Eston in their name, such as Eston Sports Academy and Eston Cemetery. It is included in the Redcar and Cleveland redevelopment initiative named Greater Eston.

Hillsview Academy is an academy, that incorporates a sixth form, that opened in September 2014 in Teesville, Redcar and Cleveland, England. It was established as a result of a merger of Eston Park and Gillbrook academies on the Gillbrook site. Though Gillbrook supported the merger, Eston Park opposed it with the proposal prompting parental protests.

Eston Park Academy (formerly Eston Park School) was a mixed academy and sixth form in Teesville, Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire, England. It merged with neighbouring Gillbrook Academy in September 2014 and now forms part of a new single Hillsview Academy. The new merged academy is run by the Academies Enterprise Trust (as were the two former schools).

Eston railway station formerly served the North Yorkshire town of Eston, now a outlining suburb of Middlesbrough. It was used as a passenger station between 1902 and 1929 and as a goods-only station until 1966. It was the terminus of a short spur that curved east from the Normanby Branch of the Middlesbrough and Redcar Railway (now the Tees Valley Line).

Teesville is an area of Middlesbrough in the north east of England and is part of the unitary authority of Redcar and Cleveland and in the ceremonial county of North Yorkshire. It has a population of approximately 7,000 residents. It is between South Bank and the River Tees, to the north, and Normanby, Eston and the Eston Hills, commanding an excellent view of the monument at Eston Nab, to the south.

Normanby is an area in the unitary authority of Redcar and Cleveland and the ceremonial county of North Yorkshire, England. It is part of the Middlesbrough agglomeration but is not within the borough of Middlesbrough itself. It has a population of approximately 7,000 residents. It lies between Ormesby, to the west, Eston, to the east, and Teesville and South Bank to the north.

South Bank F.C. were a football club based near Middlesbrough, England. The club claimed to have been founded in 1868, which would have made them one of the oldest football clubs in England.
