Yekaterinburg TV Tower (Russian: Екатеринбу́ргская телеба́шня) was a tall incomplete structure in Yekaterinburg, Russia. Construction work started 1983, but was put on hold in 1991, following the collapse of the Soviet Union, as its shaft reached the height of 220 m (720 ft). According to plans, the tower was intended to reach a structural height of 360 m (1,180 ft).

KRK Uralets, or Yekaterinburg Sports Palace, is an indoor sporting arena located in Yekaterinburg, Russia. It is used for various indoor events and is the home arena of the Avtomobilist Yekaterinburg. The capacity of the arena is 5,500 spectators.

Yekaterinburg Circus is a circus building for 2600 spectators in Yekaterinburg. Yeaterinburg circus has a lattice steel dome with a distinctive shape, which makes one of the Yekaterinburg's landmarks. The circus was built in 1980 on the right bank of Iset river.The circus building is situated in the central part of the city, at crossing of 8 Marta street and Kuybysheva street next to Geologicheskaya metro station.

Ural State Mining University (Russian: Уральский государственный горный университет) is situated in Yekaterinburg, Russian Federation. It was founded in 1914. In 1917 Nicholas II signed an order titled "On keeping of the Yekaterinburg Institute of Mines under the patronage of His Majesty the Emperor and on giving to this educational establishment the title of The Emperor Nicholas II Ural Institute of Mines".

Geologicheskaya (Russian: Геологическая) is a station of the Yekaterinburg Metro which was opened on 30 December 2002.It is situated in the central part of the city, at crossing of 8 Marta street and Kuybysheva street.Major Ural State University of Economics building is situated near the station's entrance as well as Yekaterinburg Circus.
