It is the tallest completed building in Guangzhou, the third-tallest in China, and the seventh-tallest in the world.

Pearl River Tower (Chinese: 珠江城大厦; pinyin: Zhūjiāng chéng dàshà; or Chinese: 珠江大厦; pinyin: Zhūjiāng dàshà) is a 71-story, 309.6 m (1,016 ft), clean technology neofuturistic skyscraper at the junction of Jinsui Road/Zhujiang Avenue West, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, China. The tower's architecture and engineering were performed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill with Adrian D.

Guangzhou International Finance Center or Guangzhou West Tower, is a 103-story, 438.6 m (1,439 ft) skyscraper at Zhujiang Avenue West in the Tianhe District of Guangzhou, Guangdong. One half of the Guangzhou Twin Towers, it is the 17th tallest building in the world, completed in 2010. As of March 2018, it is the world's tallest building with a roof-top helipad, at 439 m (1,439 feet) high.

The Consulate General of United States, Guangzhou (Chinese: 美国驻广州总领事馆) is one of seven American diplomatic and consular posts set up in the China. Huacheng Square, or Flower City Square (Chinese: 花城广场), is the largest city square in the city of Guangzhou. The square is situated on the city axis in Zhujiang New Town, occupies a 56-square-kilometre-large (22 sq mi) area with Haixinsha Island to its south and Huangpu Avenue to its north. Guangzhou Opera House, Guangdong Museum and Guangzhou Library are also located around the square.

Leatop Plaza (Chinese: 利通广场; Chinese: 利通廣場) is a 66-storey, 302.7 m (993 ft) late-modernist supertall skyscraper in Guangzhou, China. The office tower has a floor pitch of 4 m (13 ft). The construction of the glass and steel-building was completed in 2012. Design by Francisco Gonzalez-Pulido for JAHN.

The R&F Centre is a 54-storey 243 m (797 ft) office skyscraper, designed by Aedas, on Huaxia Road in Tianhe District of Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. The glass and steel tower is modeled after a jade vase. Construction began in 2005 and it was completed in 2007.The R&F Centre is the headquarters of R&F Properties, a Guangzhou-based developer.

Huangpu Dadao station (Chinese: 黄埔大道站), literally Huangpu Avenue station, formerly Huangpu Avenue West station (黄埔大道西站) and Citizens' Square station (市民广场站), is a Guangzhou Metro APM line metro station in the Zhujiang New Town of Tianhe District. It is located at the underground of the West Huangpu Avenue, Zhujiang Road East, and Zhujiang Road West.

Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center (Chinese: 妇儿中心站), formerly Jinsui Lu Station (金穗路站) and Central Plaza Station (市民广场站) during planning, is a metro station of the Guangzhou Metro APM line in the Zhujiang New Town of Tianhe District. It is located at the underground of the south of Jinsui Lu (金穗路), the west of Agricultural Bank of China Building, and R&F Grand Hyatt Hotel.

Huacheng Dadao Station, formerly Twin Towers Station (Chinese: 双塔站), after the Guangzhou Twin Towers, during planning, is a metro station of the Guangzhou Metro APM line in the Zhujiang New Town of Tianhe District. It is located at the underground of the interchange of Huacheng Avenue, East Zhujiang Road, and West Zhujiang Road.
