Horta and Carmel

The Gaudí House-Museum (Catalan: Casa Museu Gaudí), located within the Park Güell in Barcelona, is a historic home museum that houses a collection of furniture and objects designed by the Spanish architect Antoní Gaudí. It was the residence of Antoni Gaudí for almost 20 years, from 1906 till the end of 1925.

El Carmel (Catalan pronunciation: [əl kəɾˈmɛl]), or simply Carmel, is a neighbourhood in the district of Horta-Guinardó, in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.Carmel is in the municipal district of Horta-Guinardó. The area was developed mainly in the 1960s and 1970s when immigrant workers, encouraged to move to Barcelona by the government of Francoist Spain, they built housing for themselves.

Horta is a neighborhood in the Horta-Guinardó district of Barcelona, Catalonia (Spain). It is documented for the first time in 965, in which appears as the valley of Horta. Originally the neighborhood was the main town of the former municipality of Horta which was more or less as the current district limits of Horta-Guinardó.

El Coll | La Teixonera is a Barcelona metro station located in the Horta-Guinardó district. The station opened on 30 July 2010 as part of a 3 station extension to line 5.It is situated on the border between three neighbourhoods, El Carmel, La Teixonera and El Coll. As its name suggest it mainly serves the two neighbourhoods El Coll and La Teixonera even though one of the three station entrances is located in the neighbourhood El Carmel.

Valldaura is a Barcelona Metro station, in the Horta-Guinardó district of Barcelona. The station is served by line L3.The station is located underneath the Passeig de Valldaura, between Carrer Canigó and Carrer Hedilla in the north-east of the city. The island-platform station has a single access at Carrer Canigó.

The Pavelló de la Vall d'Hebron (English: Vall d'Hebron Pavilion) is an indoor venue located in Barcelona, Spain. For the 1992 Summer Olympics, it hosted the basque pelota demonstration and the volleyball preliminaries.The building was completed in 1991 for the games.
