Pendleton is a city in Umatilla County, Oregon, United States. The population was 16,612 at the 2010 census, which includes approximately 1,600 inmates incarcerated at Eastern Oregon Correctional Institution. The city is the county seat of Umatilla County.Pendleton is the smaller of the two principal cities of the Hermiston-Pendleton Micropolitan Statistical Area.

The Pendleton Center for the Arts is an arts center located in the historic former Umatilla County Library building, also known as Pendleton Public Library in Pendleton, Oregon, United States.

The Bowman Hotel is a historic three story brick hotel building located in Pendleton, Oregon, United States. The hotel was built in 1906 by Purl Bowman (1862–1939), part of a prominent pioneer family in Pendleton. The family lived near lower Birch Creek, Oregon; Bowman was a successful farmer and wool producer.

The John F. Kilkenny United States Post Office and Courthouse, formerly the United States Post Office and Courthouse is a post office and a courthouse of the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, located in Pendleton, Oregon. Completed in 1916 under the supervision of architect Oscar Wenderoth, the building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

The Masonic Temple in Pendleton, Oregon is a historic building constructed in 1887. It was originally built as a meeting hall for Pendleton Lodge (a local Masonic lodge), with commercial space on the ground floor to help offset the cost of maintaining the meeting hall. It was listed on the listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

The Pendleton Round-Up and Happy Canyon Hall of Fame, is a hall of fame located in Pendleton, Oregon, United States. Begun in 1969, it was the first hall of fame started by an individual show, the Pendleton Round-Up. Exhibits focus on show memorabilia, and cowboy and Native American artifacts, including a full-sized teepee, saddles, clothing, Indian regalia, photographs, weapons, trophies, and wagons.

The Pendleton Round-Up is a major annual rodeo in the northwestern United States, at Pendleton in northeastern Oregon. Held at the Pendleton Round-Up Stadium during the second full week of September each year since 1910, the rodeo brings roughly 50,000 people every year to the city. The Pendleton Round-Up is a member of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA).
