Orson South Park

The China Open is an annual men's and women's professional tennis tournament held in Beijing, China. The women's event is the third highest tier Premier Mandatory series on the WTA tour, while the men's is a fourth tier ATP World Tour 500 series event. The tournament was first held in 2004 as a back-to-back event for 4 years.

The National Tennis Center (simplified Chinese: 国家网球中心; traditional Chinese: 國家網球中心; pinyin: Guójiā Wǎngqiú Zhōngxīn), is a tennis centre located in the Olympic Green. It opened on 1 October 2007. It hosted the tennis preliminaries and finals of singles and doubles for men and women at the Beijing 2008 Olympics as well as the Paralympic wheelchair tennis competitions.

The Beijing Olympic Tower (Chinese: 北京奥林匹克塔; pinyin: Běijīng Àolínpǐkè Tǎ) is located on Kehui South Road, part of the Olympic Green in the Chaoyang District of Beijing, China. Construction began in 2011, three years after the 2008 Summer Olympic Games; it was completed in 2014, and opened on August 8, 2015.

The Beijing Olympic Village (simplified Chinese: 北京奥运村; traditional Chinese: 北京奧運村; pinyin: Běijīng Àoyùn Cūn) is a complex of high-rise apartments in Beijing, People's Republic of China, which was opened to the public on July 27, 2008 and closed on August 27, 2008 in conjunction with the 2008 Summer Olympics.

The National Speed Skating Oval (The Ice Ribbon) is an arena which is the only new venue planned to be built on Beijing's Olympic Green for the Winter Olympics. It will host the speed skating competitions at the 2022 edition of the Winter Olympics.It will be able to accommodate 12,000 spectators (6,800 permanent and 5,200 temporary seats) according to the bid book.

The Olympic Forest Park is a large, man-made nature park situated at the north end of the Olympic Green in Beijing. Built for the 2008 Beijing Olympics, the park has two parts: the southern part is oval in shape and features Aohai lake in the center, and the northern side has a mountain that gives an excellent view of this part of the city.

Olivier Strebelle (20 January 1927 – 29 July 2017) was a Belgian sculptor.Strebelle was born in Brussels, Belgium on 20 January 1927.His monumental (usually bronze) sculptures adorn many public places in Brussels as well as in Germany, Israel, Italy, Russia, Singapore, Switzerland, and the United States.

The Olympic Green Hockey Field (simplified Chinese: 北京奥林匹克公园曲棍球场; traditional Chinese: 北京奧林匹克公園曲棍球場; pinyin: Běijīng Àolínpǐkè Gōngyuán Qūgùnqiú Chǎng) was one of nine temporary venues used for the 2008 Summer Olympics. It hosted the field hockey competitions during the Olympics and the football-5-a-side and 7-a-side events during the 2008 Summer Paralympics.

The Olympic Green Archery Field (simplified Chinese: 北京奥林匹克公园射箭场; traditional Chinese: 北京奧林匹克公園射箭場; pinyin: Běijīng Àolínpǐkè Gōngyuán Shèjiànchǎng) was one of nine temporary venues for the 2008 Summer Olympics. It hosted the archery events.The field occupied 9.22 hectares and had a seating capacity of 5,000.

South Gate of Forest Park station (simplified Chinese: 森林公园南门站; traditional Chinese: 森林公園南門站; pinyin: Sēnlín Gōngyuán Nán Mén zhàn) is a station on Line 8 of the Beijing Subway. It is located at the south entrance to the Olympic Forest Park.
