Beitou District is the northernmost of the twelve districts of Taipei City, Taiwan. The historical spelling of the district is Peitou. The name originates from the Ketagalan word Kipatauw, meaning witch. Beitou is the most mountainous and highest of Taipei's districts, encompassing a meadow with rivers running through the valley which have abundant steam rising from them; the result of geothermal warming.

Dihua Street (Chinese: 迪化街; pinyin: Díhuà Jiē) is a street located in the Dadaocheng area of Datong District, Taipei, Taiwan, winding from the south of the district to the north near Dalongdong. The street, then known as Centre Street (中街), was constructed during the 1850s, when many commercial entities belonging to Quanzhou-originating owners moved in from Bangka.

Keelung River (Chinese: 基隆河; pinyin: Jīlóng Hé; Wade–Giles: Chi1-lung2 Ho2; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Ke-lâng-hô) is a river in northern Taiwan.The Keelung River originates in the mountains west-northwest of the town of Jingtong in Pingxi District, New Taipei City, flows down to a rift valley and then flows ENE to Sandiaoling.

The Ama Museum (Chinese: 阿嬤家-和平與女性人權館; pinyin: Āmā Jiā-Hépíng Yǔ Nǚxìng Rénquán Guǎn) is a museum in Datong District, Taipei, Taiwan. The museum is dedicated to the comfort women during the Japanese rule of Taiwan.

Taipei Bridge (Chinese: 台北大橋; pinyin: Táiběi Dàqiáo; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Tâi-pak Tōa-kiô, informally 台北橋; Táiběi Qiáo; Tâi-pak Kiô) is a motor-vehicle bridge across the Tamsui River connecting Taipei with Sanchong District, New Taipei City in Taiwan.A central span carries automobile and some motorcycle traffic while narrower spans on either side carry most motorcycle traffic along with bicycle pedestrian traffic.

Tamsui (Chinese: 淡水; pinyin: Dànshuǐ) is a metro station in New Taipei, Taiwan served by Taipei Metro. It is the terminal station of the Tamsui–Xinyi line. The location of the station can be traced back to the same-named station of the now-defunct Tamsui railway line. Tamsui station is the northernmost metro/railway station in Taiwan.

Guandu Nature Park (Chinese: 關渡自然公園; pinyin: Guāndù Zìrán Gōngyuán) is a park in Beitou District, Taipei, Taiwan.

The Taipei Metro Hongshulin station (formerly Hungshulin Station until 2003) is located in the sea-side district of Tamsui in New Taipei, Taiwan. It is a station on the Tamsui Line. The location of station could be traced back the station of the same name on the now-defunct TRA Tamsui Line.The station is a terminus for the Danhai Light Rail Transit system serving Danhai New Township.

The Taipei Metro Zhuwei Station (formerly Chuwei Station until 2003) is located in the sea-side district of Tamsui in New Taipei, Taiwan. It is a station on the Tamsui Line. The position of station could be traced back the same name station of defunct TRA Tamsui Line.
