Central Park

City Central Park also known as (VMRDA City Central Park) is an urban park in the city of Visakhapatnam. The park is located at the heart of the city. It covers an area of 22 acres (8.9 ha) and was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh N. Chandrababu Naidu. This park has the first musical fountain of Andhra Pradesh.

LIC Building, Visakhapatnam is an 11-storied commercial building in Visakhapatnam, India. It is located on the Jeevitha Bima Road, opposite to the City Central Park. It was one of the tallest buildings in the city.
