The Château de Saint-Cloud was a palace in France, built on a site overlooking the Seine at Saint-Cloud in Hauts-de-Seine, about 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) west of Paris. On the site of the former palace there is currently a large park, the Parc de Saint-Cloud, that is owned by the state.The château was expanded by Phillipe of France, Duke of Orléans in the 17th century, and finally enlarged by Marie Antoinette in the 1780s.

Sèvres (, French: [sɛvʁ] (listen)) is a commune in the southwestern suburbs of Paris, France. It is located 9.9 kilometres (6.2 miles) from the centre of Paris and is in the department of Hauts-de-Seine in the region of Île-de-France.The commune is known for its famous porcelain production at the Manufacture nationale de Sèvres, which was also where the abortive Treaty of Sèvres was signed, and for being the location of the International Bureau of Weights and Measures.

The Parc de Saint-Cloud, officially the Domaine National de Saint-Cloud, is a domaine national (federal territory), located mostly within Saint-Cloud, in the Hauts-de-Seine department, near Paris, France.The park, which covers 460 hectares, was a nature reserve until 1923. It is considered one of the most beautiful gardens in Europe, and in 2005 the park was awarded Notable Garden status.

Lycée Jean Pierre Vernant is a senior high school/sixth-form college in Sèvres, Hauts-de-Seine, France, in the Paris metropolitan area.The school serves Sèvres, Chaville, Saint-Cloud, and Ville d'Avray.It was formerly known as the Lycée de Sèvres. As of 2016 it has 190 teachers and 1,972 students, with 1,522 secondary students and 450 in the superior (supérieur) level.

The canton of Saint-Cloud is an administrative division of the Hauts-de-Seine department, in northern France. Its borders were modified at the French canton reorganisation which came into effect in March 2015. France Crowning Art and Industry (French: La France couronnant l'Art et l'Industrie) is a 6.50 m (21 ft) tall limestone sculpture group which decorated the top of the entrance of Palais de l'Industrie, the main building of the 1855 international exhibition in Paris. It was moved to the park of Saint-Cloud in 1900 when the palais de l'Industrie was demolished.
