Zoelmond-Wijk bij Duurstede

It was a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in 1977 and retained that rating until 1995.De restaurant was founded in 1974 by head chef Paul Fagel. Fagel was more artist than businessman and went bankrupt.
