Cheng Shiu University (CSU; Chinese: 正修科技大學) is a private university located in Niaosong District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

The Kaohsiung Grand Hotel (Chinese: 高雄澄清湖圓山大飯店; pinyin: Gāoxióng Chéngqīng Hú Yuánshān Dàfàndiàn) is a hotel located in Niaosong District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The hotel is located next to the Chengcing Lake. The Grand Hotel is a sister hotel of the main Grand Hotel in Taipei City, the Taipei Grand Hotel.

The Chengcing Lake Baseball Stadium (Chinese: 澄清湖棒球場; pinyin: Chéngqīng Hú Bàngqiú Chǎng) is a baseball stadium located in Niaosong District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, on the side of Chengcing Lake. The stadium opened in 1999 and has been the home of Kaohsiung-Pingtung Fala (1999–2002), First Financial Holdings Agan (2003), La New Bears (2004-2010), and EDA Rhinos (2013–2016).

The Radiation Monitoring Center (RMC; Chinese: 輻射偵測中心; pinyin: Fúshè Zhēncè Zhōngxīn) is the agency of the Atomic Energy Council of the Taiwan (ROC) which carries out monitoring of natural and man-made ionizing radiation in the environment and within the vicinity of nuclear power plants in Taiwan.
