Crieff and surrounding areas

Crieff Hydro is a hotel in Crieff, Perthshire, Scotland. The purpose-built hotel opened in 1868 as the Crieff Hydropathic Establishment, and is locally known as the Hydro. It was founded in 1868 by Dr Thomas Henry Meikle, who had received treatment at a centre in Gräfenberg, Austria (now known as Lázně Jeseník, Czech Republic), where Vincenz Priessnitz had built such an establishment.

Ardvreck School is an independent boarding and day preparatory school for boys and girls aged 3–13. Located in Crieff in Perth and Kinross, Scotland. It was established in 1883.

Crieff was a junction railway station at Crieff, Perth and Kinross, Scotland. It was where the Crieff Junction Railway, Crieff & Methven Railway and the Comrie, St Fillans & Lochearnhead Railway met.The station was opened as The Terminus when the Crieff Junction Railway opened on 13 March 1856. The line from Methven Junction opened in 1867 and the line to Comrie opened 1 October 1901.

Highlandman railway station was a station southeast of Crieff in Perth and Kinross, Scotland. It was built in 1856 for the Crieff Junction Railway, which connected Crieff with the Scottish Central Railway at Crieff Junction (now Gleneagles). The CJR was absorbed by the Caledonian Railway in 1865, which itself became part of the London, Midland and Scottish in 1923.

Strathearn Community Campus is a complex including the replacement building for the original Crieff High School in Crieff, Scotland. This, one of the eleven secondary schools administered by Perth & Kinross Council, is a six-year comprehensive school offering a full range of courses leading to national certification from the Scottish Qualification Authority.

Innerpeffray railway station served the hamlets of Innerpeffray and Millhills in the Scottish county of Perth and Kinross.

The line was built in 1856 for the Crieff Junction Railway, which connected Crieff with the Scottish Central Railway at Crieff Junction (now Gleneagles). Morrison's Academy is a co-educational day independent school in Crieff, Perth and Kinross, in Central Scotland. The school provides nursery, primary and secondary school facilities. It draws many pupils from surrounding Perth and Kinross and Stirling.
