The Paris School of Economics (PSE; French: École d'économie de Paris) is a French research institute in the field of economics. It proposes M.Phil., M.Sc., and Ph.D level programmes in various fields of theoretical and applied economics, including macroeconomics, econometrics, and international economics.

Parc Montsouris is a public park in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, at the southern edge of Paris directly south of the center. Opened in 1869, Parc Montsouris is one of the four large urban public parks, along with the Bois de Boulogne, the Bois de Vincennes and the Parc des Buttes Chaumont, created by Emperor Napoleon III and his Prefect of the Seine, Baron Haussmann, at each of the cardinal points of the compass around the city, in order to provide green space and recreation for the rapidly growing population of Paris.

Montrouge (French pronunciation: ​[mɔ̃ʁuʒ]) is a commune in the southern Parisian suburbs, located 4.4 km (2.7 mi) from the centre of Paris, France. It is one of the most densely populated municipalities in Europe. After a long period of decline, the population has increased again in recent years.

Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris (CIUP, Cité U) is a private park and foundation located in Paris, France. Since 1925, it has provided general and public services, including the maintenance of several dozen residences housing around 6,000 students and visiting academics in the Île-de-France region.

Porte d'Orléans (Général Leclerc) is a station of line 4 of the Paris Métro and a stop on tramway line 3a. It is situated in the 14th Arrondissement, in the quartier of Petit-Montrouge. The station is the former southern terminus of line 4. A terminal loop was provided at the station for trains to turn around to return north towards Porte de Clignancourt.

The Fondation Suisse or Pavillon Le Corbusier was designed by Le Corbusier between 1930–31 and is located at the Cité Internationale Universitaire, Paris.

The École normale supérieure de jeunes filles (also, École normale supérieure de Sèvres) was a French institute of higher education, in Sèvres, now a commune in the suburbs of Paris. The school educated girls only, especially as teachers for the secondary education system. It was founded on 29 July 1881 on the initiative of Camille Sée, following the Sée-inspired act of the legislature which established lycées for girls.

The Fondation Émile and Louise Deutsch de la Meurthe is the oldest house in the Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris. Founded in 1925, it consists of six residential buildings and one central administrative building, which also houses a bell and clock tower. In total there are 393 beds for 341 rooms: 243 single rooms, 27 double rooms, 56 studios, 10 two-room apartments and 5 three-room apartments.

Cité Universitaire is a station of the Line B of the Paris Region's express suburban rail system, the RER. It is situated in the 14th arrondissement of Paris. The station serves the Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris. The station replaced a line on the Ligne de Sceaux called Sceaux-Ceinture, after the fact that it was a junction with the now-inoperable Ligne de Petite Ceinture
