The Fiji Museum is a museum in Suva, Fiji, located in the capital city's botanical gardens, Thurston Gardens.

Thurston Gardens are the botanical gardens of Fiji. They used to be known as the Suva Botanical Gardens but its name was changed in honour of the fifth Governor of Fiji, Sir John Bates Thurston, who was Governor from February 1888 to March 1897. Thurston Gardens is located in central Suva, between Albert Park and the Government House.

The Government Buildings in Suva are the offices of the executive wing of Government of Fiji. Built in the late 1930s as the seat of the colonial administration, the Art Deco buildings today house the Prime Minister of Fiji's offices, the High Court, and several government ministries. It is also the seat of the Parliament of Fiji since 2014, having previously been the seat of Fiji's parliament from independence in 1970 until the 1987 coups.

The State House (formerly known as the Government House) is the official residence of the president of Fiji.

Albert Park is located in Suva, the capital of Fiji. It was named after Prince Albert, the Consort of Queen Victoria of Great Britain, to whom the country was ceded in 1874.Albert Park can hold two rugby matches at one time. There is also a hockey pitch located in the middle of the ground with a grandstand and a cafeteria.

Fiji Maritime Academy is a college that trains students how to be ships' officers, located in Suva, the capital of Fiji.In the 1970s Fiji National University contained a School of Maritime Studies. Political unrest disrupted the University. In 2014 the government of Fiji called upon the Colombo International Nautical & Engineering College, an institution in Sri Lanka, to help re-establish a nautical college.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation is the ministry responsible for handling the Republic of Fiji's external relations. The ministry's current director is the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Sitiveni Rabuka, who took the position in December 2022.

The HFC Bank Stadium (formerly known as ANZ Stadium) is a multi-purpose stadium in Suva, Fiji.HFC Stadium is used primarily for rugby league, rugby union and football matches, and features a track as well as a pitch suitable for worldwide competition. The stadium has a capacity of 15,446, with 4,026 seats on grandstand and 420 in VIP boxes.

The Parliament of the Republic of Fiji is the unicameral legislature of the Republic of Fiji. It consists of 55 members elected every 4 years using open list proportional representation in one multi-member nationwide constituency.
