Mounts Bay Elizabeth Quay

Spanda is a public art work by Australian born artist Christian de Vietri located at Elizabeth Quay in Perth, Western Australia. It was installed in January 2016. The sculpture is elegant, abstract, and minimalist, giving the impression of an ever-expanding vibrational pattern. It has been described as a celebration of the "union of the individual with the universal".

The Swan Bells are a set of 18 bells hanging in a specially built 82.5-metre (271 ft) copper and glass campanile in Perth, Western Australia. The tower is commonly known as The Bell Tower or the Swan Bell Tower.Taking their name from the Swan River, which their tower overlooks, and forming a sixteen-bell peal with two extra chromatic notes, they are the second largest set of change ringing bells in the world, the largest being Christ Church Cathedral, Dublin, which has 19 bells.

Supreme Court Gardens is a park in the central business district of Perth, Western Australia, bounded by Riverside Drive, Barrack Street, Governors Avenue, and the buildings of the Supreme Court of Western Australia.In the late 1880s Perth Water extended further north than its current boundary, and the river covered part of the area now occupied by the Supreme Court Gardens.

Brookfield Place is a skyscraper within the Brookfield Place office complex in Perth, Western Australia. It is currently the second tallest building in Western Australia. Located at 125 St Georges Terrace, the major tenant is BHP. Construction commenced in April 2008 and was completed in 2012. The project is estimated to have cost around A$500 million.

Elizabeth Quay is a mixed-use development project in the Perth central business district. Encompassing an area located on the north shore of Perth Water near the landmark Swan Bells, the precinct was named in honour of Queen Elizabeth II during her Diamond Jubilee.The project includes construction of an artificial inlet on what was previously the Esplanade Reserve, and modifications to the surrounding environs including Barrack Square, with the project opening nine sites for potential development.

Barrack Square is an open public square on the foreshore of Perth Water on the Swan River, located at the southern end of Barrack Street near the central business district of Perth, Western Australia. Constructed between 1905 and 1907, the square has gone through major redevelopments in the 2010s and 2020s.

Barrack Street Jetty is an entertainment precinct and transport hub on the edge of Perth Water in the Perth central business district, Western Australia. Located at the end of Barrack Street. it comprises five jetties with a bars, cafes and restaurants along the foreshore.The first jetty built on the site opened as King Cole's Jetty, named after Henry LCole, the first chairman of the Perth City Council.

The Allan Green Conservatory was a pyramid shaped botanical display facility on the Esplanade Reserve in Perth, Western Australia.It was built in 1979 as part of the state's 150th anniversary celebrations and was designed to provide a public display of exotic tropical plants and rare palms not normally seen in Perth.

The Emu Brewery was a brewery in Perth, Western Australia, which traced its history to the first decade of the Swan River Colony. Founded in 1837 by James Stokes as the Albion Brewery, it was located beside the Swan River on a block bounded by Mounts Bay Road, Spring Street and Mount Street. The business changed hands several times – and names from Albion Brewery to Stanley Brewery to Emu Brewery – until its ultimate acquisition by competitor Swan Brewery in 1927.
