The Arch of the Centuries (Filipino: Arko ng mga Siglo) is a triumphal arch at the Plaza Intramuros of the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. Half of the current structure, the side facing the UST Main Building is the ruins of the 17th-century arch door of the first UST campus in Intramuros, while the side that faces España Boulevard is a replica inaugurated in 1954.

The University of Santo Tomas Museum is the oldest existing museum in the Philippines. It started as a Gabinete de Fisica, or observation room, of mineral, botanical and biological collections in the 17th century. Under the old Spanish educational law the collections were used as classroom materials, especially in Medicine and Pharmacy.

Lacson Avenue is the principal northwest–southeast artery in the Sampaloc district in northern Manila, Philippines. It is a 6-8 lane median divided avenue that runs approximately 2.9 kilometers (1.8 mi) from Tayuman Street in Santa Cruz to Nagtahan Interchange. It is a component of Circumferential Road 2 of the Manila arterial road network and N140 of the Philippine highway network.

Dominican School Manila, founded in 1958, is a private Catholic basic education institution run by the Congregation of the Religious Missionaries of St. Dominic in Sampaloc, Manila, Philippines. The school is located near the University of Santo Tomas. DSM is also one of the schools, colleges and universities that opened its door to the Senior High School enrollees in 2016.

Ramon Magsaysay High School (RMHS) is a high school in Manila, Philippines. It was founded as the Governor Forbes annex of V. Mapa High School in 1952. In 1958 it was renamed Gov. Forbes High School, in honor of former Philippine governor general William Cameron Forbes. Finally in 1959, it was renamed Ramon Magsaysay High School, in honor of former Philippine president Ramon Magsaysay.

The Miguel de Benavides Library, also known as the University of Santo Tomas Library, is the main academic library of the University of Santo Tomas. The library has been in continuous service and its collection antedates the existence of the university itself.

The Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati, O.P. Building, or simply the Frassati Building, is a 23-storey building in Sampaloc, Manila in the Philippines. It is part of the building complex of the University of Santo Tomas.The University will rename the building from 'blessed' to 'saint' once Frassati is canonized on 3 August 2025.

One of the major facilities built in the Manila campus of Pontifical and Royal University of Santo Tomas, the Buenaventura Garcia Paredes, O.P. Building, colloquially known as BGPOP, is poised to serve as the meeting place of all members of the alumni in the Philippines and abroad.The building houses both the UST Faculty of Arts and Letters and UST College of Tourism and Hospitality Management.

The Henry Sy Sr. Hall is an academic and research building on the campus of the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. It houses the Saints Cosmas and Damian Center for Simulation and Research of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery and the William F. Austin Center for Ear and Hearing Healthcare.

The Metro Manila leg of the PiliPinas Debates 2016 is the first vice presidential televised debate of the 2016 Philippine elections and the only VP debate under the PiliPinas Debates series, held at the Quadricentennial Pavilion at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila on April 10, 2016. It was organized by COMELEC and KBP with CNN Philippines, and Business Mirror as media partners.
