Sunny Isles

The Porsche Design Tower is a luxury residential skyscraper in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, designed by Sieger Suarez Architects and branded by Porsche Design. At 641 feet (195 m) with 60 stories, it is one of the tallest buildings in Sunny Isles Beach. It is unique for its inclusion of a robotic parking garage, having 284 parking spaces for 132 units allowing unit owners to park two or four cars right outside their unit.

Jade Beach and Jade Ocean are two high-rise residential condominiums located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Finished in 2009, Jade Beach has 52 floors and rises 574.01 feet (175 m), making it the second-tallest building in Sunny Isles Beach and the 18th tallest building in Florida as of early 2015. Jade Ocean has a darker colored, glass facaded, 544.62-foot (166 m), 51-story twin tower named Jade Ocean that was completed in 2008.

Norman S. Edelcup/Sunny Isles Beach K–8 is part of the Miami-Dade County School District. It educates students from kindergarten through eighth grade from Sunny Isles Beach, Eastern Shores, and Golden Beach.The school opened in 2008. It was initially discussed as a means to relieve class sizes in Ruth K.

Muse Residences is an apartment building condo development in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The 47-story condo building with 68 units was developed by Property Markets Group and S2 Development. Each unit includes a sculpture by Helidon Xhixha. The tall and narrow building was designed by Carlos Ott. The building was built to the maximum permitted height in Sunny Isles Beach at that time of 649 feet (198 m) above sea level.

Turnberry Ocean Club Residences is a residential tower in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The building broke ground in fall of 2016 and was completed in 2020. It is 649 feet tall with 52 stories and has 154 three to six bedroom residences.

Wolfie Cohen's Rascal House was a Jewish delicatessen located at the intersection of 172nd Street and Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. It opened in May 1954 and closed on March 30, 2008. Sporting a large neon sign in the front, the building was designed in the 1950s Miami Modern style.The establishment catered to vacationing New Yorkers of Jewish descent; PanAmerican Airlines offered Wolfie's Cheesecake as a menu item on flights between Miami and New York, while Northeast Airlines had the restaurant cater its same flights exclusively.
