Townsville

Buchanan's Hotel (nicknamed "Buchs") was a hotel on Sturt Street located in the CBD of Townsville, Queensland, Australia. The three-storey structure, with an ornate three storey cast iron verandah, was completed in 1903. It was used as a hotel up to World War II, and then during the war is housed American officers.

The Australian Mutual Provident Society Building is a heritage-listed office building at 416–418 Flinders Street, Townsville CBD, City of Townsville, Queensland, Australia. It was designed by Hall and Cook and built from 1937 to 1938 by Stuart Brothers. It is also known as the former AMP Building and Connolly Suthers Lawyers.

Commonwealth Offices is a heritage-listed commercial building at 42 Sturt Street, Townsville CBD, City of Townsville, Queensland, Australia. It was built from 1884 to 1889. It has also known as D & W Murray Ltd Building, Rooneys Ltd Building and Scott, Dawson & Stewart Building. As at March 2016, it is known as Federation Place.

Commonwealth Bank Building is a heritage-listed former bank building at 272–278 Flinders Street, Townsville CBD, City of Townsville, Queensland, Australia. It was designed by John and Herwald Kirkpatrick and built in 1923 by Charles Hanson & Sons. It is also known as Commonwealth Savings Bank and Townsville City Council Library.

Henlein & Co is a heritage-listed commercial building at 408–410 Flinders Street, Townsville CBD, City of Townsville, Queensland, Australia. It was designed by Eaton, Bates & Polin and built from 1901 to 1902 by Thomas Page. It was also known as Best & Less. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 21 October 1992.

The Hotel Grand Chancellor Townsville, nicknamed the "Sugar Shaker" by the locals, is currently the tallest building in Townsville, Australia, standing at 76-metre (249 ft) tall. The building is located in the central section of Flinders Street next to Townsville Bulletin Square.

It was designed by John James Clark and built in 1886 by Dennis Kellcher. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 30 May 2003.

Queensland National Bank is a heritage-listed former bank at 295–303 Flinders Street, Townsville CBD, City of Townsville, Queensland, Australia. It was designed by Francis Drummond Greville Stanley and built from 1878 to 1879 by C A Ward. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 28 January 1994.

Westpac Bank Building is a heritage-listed bank building at 337–343 Flinders Street, Townsville CBD, City of Townsville, Queensland, Australia. It was designed by Hall and Cook and built in 1935 by Stuart Brothers (Sydney). It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 13 May 2004.
