Walk Coventry

Ford's Hospital, Coventry, traditionally known as Grey Friars Hospital, is a grade I listed 16th century half-timbered almshouse in Greyfriars Lane, Coventry. It was founded by the merchant William Ford (or perhaps 'Fourd') in 1509 to provide accommodation for six elderly people: five men and one woman.

Coventry railway station is the main railway station serving the city of Coventry, West Midlands, England. The station is on the Birmingham loop of the West Coast Main Line (WCML); it is also located at the centre of a junction where the lines to Nuneaton and to Leamington converge. It is situated on the southern edge of the city-centre, just outside the Coventry ring road, about 250 yards to the south of junction 6.

The A4053 Coventry ring road is a 2.25-mile (3.62 km) ring road in Coventry, England, which forms a complete dual-carriageway loop around the city centre. The road encompasses the old and new Coventry Cathedrals, the city's shopping areas and much of Coventry University. With the exception of one roundabout at junction 1, the ring road's nine junctions are entirely grade separated and closely spaced, with weaving sections between them, some as short as 300 yards (270 m), giving the road a reputation for being difficult to navigate.

Greyfriars was a medieval Franciscan priory in Coventry, England. The original monastic buildings were lost in the Reformation; the spire standing on the site today was most recently part of a 19th-century church that was destroyed in an air raid in the Second World War. The spire, also called Christchurch Steeple, is a Grade II* listed building.

Friargate is a business district in Coventry. Covering 37 acres (15 ha) surrounding Coventry railway station. It is made up of 25 new buildings, including 14 Grade A office buildings, two hotels and new homes.The project was scheduled to take 15 years to complete and is thought to be providing 15,000 new jobs at a cost of £100 million.

The Wave is an indoor waterpark situated in Coventry in the West Midlands, England. The waterpark currently holds the record for the largest wave pool in the UK, at a capacity of 20 million litres. The Wave caters for visitors of all ages with six slides of varying intensity and speed, along with a lazy river, wave pool and splash zone - The Reef - which hosts mini slides, jets, climbing area and giant tipping bucket.

Queens Road Baptist Church is a Baptist church located in the city centre of Coventry, England. The chapel is a grade II listed building.

16 Little Park Street (also known as Kirby House) is a Georgian townhouse (Grade II* listed) in central Coventry, West Midlands, England. It is one of two remaining Georgian buildings on the street and three in the city centre (the other two being 7 Little Park Street and 11 Priory Row). The name Kirby House comes from Thomas Hulston Kirby, a solicitor and clerk to the county's magistrates, who bought it in 1874.
