The Sumida River (隅田川, Sumida-gawa) is a river that flows through central Tokyo, Japan. It branches from the Arakawa River at Iwabuchi (in Kita-ku) and flows into Tokyo Bay. Its tributaries include the Kanda and Shakujii rivers.It passes through the Kita, Adachi, Arakawa, Sumida, Taitō, Kōtō and Chūō wards of Tokyo.

Tokiwayama stable (常盤山部屋, Tokiwayama-beya) is a stable of sumo wrestlers, part of the Nishonoseki ichimon or group of stables. As of January 2023, it had 10 wrestlers.

Mukōjima-Hyakkaen Garden (向島百花園, Mukōjima Hyakkaen) is an urban garden located in Sumida, Tokyo. The garden was created by a merchant, and is different from daimyō gardens, and therefore it not a "traditional Japanese garden" in the proper sense of the term. It is the only surviving flower garden from the Edo period.
