AK Plaza, Bundang, formerly Samsung Plaza (Korean: 삼성플라자), is a shopping mall located in Seohyeon-dong, Bundang, Seongnam, South Korea. The building is 98m or about 3 stories tall.Samsung Corporation opened Samsung Plaza Store No. 1, a multi-functional shopping center. It is equipped with facilities such as the lobby, playrooms and cafes, and facilities for the handicapped.

Imae Station (Korean: 이매역) is an infill station on the Suin–Bundang Line of the Seoul Subway. There were originally no plans for this station when the Bundang Line opened in 1994. However, due to local resident demand and the significant distance between Yatap and Seohyeon Stations, construction began in March 2000 and the station was opened on January 16, 2004.

Bundang Jesaeng Hospital (Korean: 분당제생병원), also known as Daejin Medical Center, is a general hospital located in Seohyeon-dong, Bundang District, Seongnam, South Korea. It is one of the Daejin Medical Centers and was built on 15 January 1995 by Daejin Medical Foundation which is owned by Daesunjinrihoe.

Seongnam Station (Korean: 성남역; Hanja: 城南驛) is a railway station on GTX-A and Gyeonggang Line of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway. It is located at Baekhyeon-dong, Bundang, Seongnam, Gyeonggi, South Korea.
