Bay Central is a complex of three towers - the Central Tower, the Intercontinental Tower, and the West Tower - in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was developed and is currently owned by real-estate and property development cooperation Select Group. The West Tower, and the Intercontinental Tower stand at a height of 42 floors.

The station is named after Dubai Multi Commodities Centre.The station closed on 16 April 2024 due to flood along with other stations that have been affected due to flood.

The Al Fattan Marine Towers consist of two twin 50-story towers, the Al Fattan Tower, and the Oasis Beach Tower, consisting of serviced and residential apartments which have since been sold to individual investors and homeowners.

The Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence is a 1.7-kilometre strip at the ground and plaza level of the Jumeirah Beach Residence complex in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was developed by Dubai Properties Group, and was completed in 2007 and opened officially in August 2008.The strip is a tourist attraction, with activities such as street painting, recycled art displays, comedy shows, sand sculptures, photography displays, and booths selling fashion accessories and crafts.
