Bradbury Hospice (Chinese: 白普理寧養中心; Cantonese Yale: Baahkpóuléih Nìhngyéuhng Jūngsām) is a hospice with 26 beds located in Sha Tin, Hong Kong. It is under the New Territories East Cluster managed by the Hospital Authority.

Fu Fai Garden (Chinese: 富輝花園) is a Home Ownership Scheme and Private Sector Participation Scheme court built on reclaimed land in Ma On Shan, New Territories, Hong Kong near Ma On Shan Plaza, MOSTown and MTR Ma On Shan station. Mountain Shore (Chinese: 曉峯灣畔) is a full market value development in Tai Shui Hang, Ma On Shan, Sha Tin District, New Territories, Hong Kong. The estate is one of the Hong Kong Housing Society's Sandwich Class Housing Scheme projects converted into private developments.The housing estate is built along Tide Cove.

Ma On Shan Park is a public park located at 12 On Chun Street in the town centre of Ma On Shan town in the Sha Tin District of Hong Kong's New Territories. It is situated next to the shopping centre of Ma On Shan Plaza. The natural scenery of Pat Sin Leng and Tolo Harbour can be viewed from the park.

Renaissance College ( ; Chinese: 啓新書院, abbreviated: RCHK) is a private international school run by English Schools Foundation (ESF) in Ma On Shan, Hong Kong. It serves primary and secondary students and was founded in 2006 to replace the Phoenix International School, another school run by ESF. Since its inception, the school has offered the International Baccalaureate curriculum.

Ma On Shan Public Library (Chinese: 馬鞍山公共圖書館) is a public library located at 14 On Chun Street, Ma On Shan, Hong Kong. It opened on 2 April 2005 and was built next to Ma On Shan Park. It occupies an area of 2,200 square metres (24,000 sq ft). It has a characteristic main building in a cylindrical shape.
