Groesbeek (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈɣruzbeːk] ) is a town and former municipality in the province of Gelderland, the Netherlands. In January 2015 the former municipality merged with Millingen aan de Rijn and Ubbergen. The larger area was known as Groesbeek until January 2016, when its name was changed to Berg en Dal.

The Freedom Museum (Dutch: Vrijheidsmuseum), until September 2019 National Liberation Museum 1944-1945, is a museum in Groesbeek, the museum is about the liberation of the Netherlands at the end of World War II. The museum is located in Groesbeek, close to the German border.The structure shaped like a parachute was built in remembrance of the Rhineland Offensive (Operation Veritable, Operation Grenade, Operation Blockbuster, Operation Plunder and Operation Varsity) and of the Airdrop of thousands of allied paratroopers on the fields in Groesbeek during Operation Market Garden.

Berg en Dal (literally in English: Mountain and Valley) is a municipality in the eastern Netherlands, in the province of Gelderland. It was formed through a merger of the municipalities of Groesbeek, Millingen aan de Rijn and Ubbergen in 2015. The resulting larger municipality maintained the name of Groesbeek until 2016, when it was renamed to Berg en Dal after the village of Berg en Dal.

Concertgebouw de Vereeniging is a concert hall located in Nijmegen, Netherlands. The facility officially opened in 1915 and is built in a mixture of Art Nouveau and Art Deco styles. De Grote Broek (English: The Big Trousers) is a legalised squat and self-managed social centre in central Nijmegen in the Netherlands. It was occupied in 1984 and legalised from 2002 onwards. It spans two sides of a city block and has entrances on both Van Broeckhuysenstraat and Tweede Walstraat. The project consists of two separate housing co-operatives living above a cafe on one side and Extrapool and a music venue on the other.

Breedeweg is a village in the Dutch province of Gelderland. It is located in the municipality of Berg en Dal, about 1 km south of Groesbeek.It was first mentioned in 1899 as Breedeweg, and means "wide road". The St. Antonius Church was built in 1934, and destroyed in 1944 during Operation Market Garden.

Nijmegen railway station is the main railway station of Nijmegen in Gelderland, Netherlands. Mook en Middelaar (Dutch: [ˈmoːk ɛn ˈmɪdəlaːr] ; Limburgish: Mook en Middelar) is a municipality in the upper southeastern part of the Netherlands, at the northern tip of the province of Limburg and is a part of Stadsregio Arnhem Nijmegen. The municipality is located about 100 km from provincial capital Maastricht and has an area of 18.81 km2 (7.26 sq mi) of which 1.43 km2 (0.55 sq mi) is water.
