The Chuvash State Opera and Ballet Theater (Russian: Чувашский государственный театр оперы и балета, Chuvash: Чӑваш патшалӑх оперӑпа балет театрӗ) is an opera and ballet theater in Cheboksary, Chuvashia (Russia). Initially, it was known as the Chuvash Musical Theater, but was given its present name in 1993.

The group combines traditional European and national styles.Theater is a member of the International Association of Puppet Theaters (UNIMA) and the Russian Association Puppet Theater-21.

Mother Patroness (Russian: Мать-Покровительница, Mat’-Pokrovitel’nitsa; Chuvash: Aнне-Пирĕшти, Anne-Pirĕshti) - a monument dedicated to his mother. It's one of the landmarks of the city of Cheboksary, Chuvash Republic, symbol of the city and the entire country as a whole, as well as the symbol of the revival of spiritual values of the Chuvash people.
