Chestnut Street Log House is a historic home located in Lebanon, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. It was built around 1772, and is a 1+1⁄2-story, rectangular log residence on a limestone foundation. It is three bays wide and one bay deep, with a gable roof, and central fireplace. It is believed to have been raised 1 1/2-feet about 1850, and according to National Register of Historic Places records was restored to its 1700s appearance around 1978.

Founded in 1907 to provide services for the High Holidays, it was then, and remains today, the only synagogue in the Lebanon area.The congregation's current building, designed by Percival Goodman to mirror the barns of the surrounding Pennsylvania Dutch community, was dedicated in 1953.

The Tabor Reformed Church, also known as the Tabor United Church of Christ, is an historic, American Reformed church that is located at 10th and Walnut Streets in Lebanon, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania.Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980, it is currently the home of the LCBC (Lives Changed by Christ) Church.

In 1813, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania was founded from parts of Dauphin and Lancaster counties. The new county did not yet have an official courthouse, so the county commissioners rented the Stoy House at 924 Cumberland Street to conduct court sessions. James Buchanan, who would become the 15th president of the United States, was one of the first lawyers to practice law in Lebanon County (from 1813 to 1817).

Lebanon Senior High School (LHS) houses grades nine through twelve for the Lebanon School District, and is located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. The current building, which also serves as district headquarters, opened to students for the 1969–70 school year. The school, with a unique architecture featuring three circular buildings, underwent extensive renovations completed in early 2013.
