Dublin ( ; Irish: Baile Átha Cliath, pronounced [ˈbˠalʲə aːhə ˈclʲiə] or [ˌbʲlʲaː ˈclʲiə]) is the capital of the Republic of Ireland and also the largest city by size on the island of Ireland. On a bay at the mouth of the River Liffey, it is in the province of Leinster, bordered on the south by the Dublin Mountains, a part of the Wicklow Mountains range.

The Abbey Theatre (Irish: Amharclann na Mainistreach), also known as the National Theatre of Ireland (Irish: Amharclann Náisiúnta na hÉireann), in Dublin, Ireland, is one of the country's leading cultural institutions. First opening to the public on 27 December 1904, and moved from its original building after a fire in 1951, it has remained active to the present day.

Clerys was a long-established department store on O'Connell Street in Dublin, Ireland, a focal point of the street. The business dates from 1853, however the current building dates from 1922, the original having been completely destroyed in the 1916 Easter Rising. Clerys completed a five-year restoration programme in 2004 at a cost of €24 million but went into receivership in 2012, and was sold.

Trinity Church, Dublin, also called the Protestant Episcopal Church, was a Church of Ireland church on Gardiner Street in Dublin, Ireland, the building of which began in 1838. It closed around 1909 and was reopened in the 2000s by an independent Christian group.

The Imperial Hotel was a hotel in Dublin's principal thoroughfare, Sackville Street, until it was destroyed during the Easter Rising of 1916. The building comprised Clerys department store on the lower floors and the Imperial Hotel on upper floors situated opposite the General Post Office and Nelson's Pillar.

Beresford Place (Irish: Plás Beresford) is a street in Dublin, Ireland originally laid out as a crescent surrounding The Custom House in 1792.

Marlborough (Irish: Maoilbhríde) is a stop on the Luas light-rail tram system in Dublin, Ireland. It opened in 2017 as a stop on Luas Cross City, an extension of the Green Line through the city centre from St. Stephen's Green to Parnell or Broombridge. It is located on Marlborough Street north of the junction with Abbey Street and provides access to Saint Mary's Pro-Cathedral.

The Abbey Theatre School or the Abbey School of Acting, was a drama school associated with the Abbey Theatre, Dublin, Ireland. Established in 1911 by W. B. Yeats,: 59  it was developed by Lady Gregory to continue performances in Dublin while the main cast of the theatre was overseas, usually in America.

Abbey Street (Irish: Sráid na Mainistreach) is a stop on the Luas light-rail tram system in Dublin, Ireland. It opened in 2004 as a stop on the Red Line.

Cathedral Street is a street in central Dublin, Ireland, formerly known as Elephant Lane and Tyrone Place.
