A national football museum dedicated to Welsh association football in Wrexham has been proposed by various politicians in both the Welsh Government and local councils, with Wrexham County Borough Council being the leading contender for a museum due to Wrexham's football heritage. The museum is currently in the planning stages and under current proposals, the museum is set to be within the pre-existing County Buildings on Regent Street, in Wrexham's city centre, alongside the Wrexham County Borough Museum and Archives.

Gummow and is in an Italianate villa style. It was initially a private residence for Isacc Shone, later mayor of Wrexham. It was purchased by Wrexham council in 1924, in which it became initially an office, then later a medical clinic until the 1990s.

The Butchers' Market (Welsh: Marchnad y Cigyddion) is an indoor market in Wrexham city centre, Wales. It is situated inside a Grade II listed building on Wrexham's High Street. Built in 1848 to the Neo-Jacobean designs of Thomas Penson and extended in 1879–80, it is one of the two dedicated indoor markets of Wrexham.

County Buildings (also known as the Former County Buildings) is a Grade II listed building in Wrexham, Wrexham County Borough, Wales. It houses the Wrexham County Borough Museum and Wrexham Archives. It is proposed that a Football Museum for Wales be housed in the building. The building is located between Saint Mark's Road and Regent Street in the city centre and Offa, bounded by Wrexham Cathedral to the west.

The Midland is a pub housed in a historic former bank building in Wrexham city centre, Wales. Located at the eastern end of Wrexham's High Street, it opened in 1912 as the Midland Bank, which purchased the original client The North and South Wales Bank a few years prior to construction. The building is a Grade II listed building.

The Talbot is a former pub and hotel in Wrexham city centre, North Wales. It was built and opened by 1905 replacing an older inn also known as The Talbot or the Talbot Inn.The current building consists of a polygonal Tudor Revival façade structure and is situated in between Wrexham's Hope Street and Queen Street, with the building also extending further across Queen Street.

The archives are held at County Buildings, on Regent Street, Wrexham, and run by Wrexham County Borough Council as part of its Wrexham Archives and Local Studies Service.
