Paris

The boulevard des Italiens is a boulevard in Paris. It is one of the 'Grands Boulevards' in Paris, a chain of boulevards built through the former course of the Wall of Charles V and the Louis XIII Wall, which were destroyed by the orders of Louis XIV. The origin of the name is the théâtre des Italiens built on it in 1783, shortly before the French Revolution on the site now occupied by the third Salle Favart.

Boulevard Montmartre is one of the four grands boulevards of Paris. It was constructed in 1763. Contrary to what its name may suggest, the road is not situated on the hills of Montmartre. It is the easternmost of the grand boulevards.

Bonne Nouvelle (French pronunciation: [bɔn nuvɛl]) is a station on Lines 8 and 9 of the Paris Métro. The section of both lines from just east of Richelieu – Drouot to west of République was built under the Grand Boulevards, which replaced the Louis XIII wall and is in soft ground, which was once the course of the Seine.

The Lycée Edgar-Poe is a private secondary school located in Paris, 2, rue du Faubourg Poissonnière, in the 10th arrondissement, very close to Le Grand Rex. It is named after the American writer Edgar Allan Poe (1809–1849). This school is far from the rue Edgar-Poe (19th arrondissement of Paris).Its motto is « L’intérêt pour l’élève développe l’intérêt de l’élève » ('"The interest for the student develops the student's interest").

Le Grand Rex is a cinema and concert venue in Paris, France.

The Plan Voisin was a planned redevelopment of Paris designed by French-Swiss architect Le Corbusier in 1925. The redevelopment was planned to replace a large area of central Paris, on the Right Bank of the River Seine. Although it was never implemented, the project is one of Le Corbusier's most well known; its principles inspired a number of other plans around the world.

The Porte Saint-Denis (English: St. Denis Gate) is a Parisian monument located in the 10th arrondissement, at the site of one of the gates of the Wall of Charles V, one of Paris' former city walls. It is located at the crossing of the Rue Saint-Denis continued by the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis, with the Boulevard de Bonne-Nouvelle and the Boulevard Saint-Denis.

Théâtre Antoine-Simone Berriau is a theater located at 14 boulevard de Strasbourg in the 10th arrondissement of Paris.The 800-seat Italian Style theater was built in the year 1866. It functioned under a variety of names through the years, opening as Theatre des Menus-Plaisirs (1866–1874, 1877–1879, 1882–1888), then Théâtre des Arts (1874–1876, 1879–1881), Opéra-Bouffe (1876–1877), and the Comédie-Parisienne (1881).

The Café Anglais (French pronunciation: [kafe ɑ̃ɡlɛ], English café) was a famous French restaurant located at the corner of the Boulevard des Italiens (n° 13) and the Rue de Marivaux in Paris, France.

The théâtre Gramont was a theatre venue located at 30 rue de Gramont in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris.René Dupuy was the managing director from 1954 to 1973. The place was transformed into a movie theatre (Le Gramont) in April 1974 then changed its name to Opéra Night in 1979 after one of its two scenes became a disco before the whole place definitively closed down in July 1987.
