Arts Educational Schools, or ArtsEd, is an independent performing arts school based in Chiswick in the London Borough of Hounslow.

The Chiswick School of Art, sometimes called the Chiswick School of Art and Science, was an art school in Bath Road, Bedford Park, London, from 1881 until 1899, which was then merged into the Acton and Chiswick Polytechnic. In 1928, it became the Chiswick Polytechnic.

Bath Road was a short-lived railway station in London on the Hammersmith & Chiswick branch line from South Acton to Hammersmith & Chiswick. The station was opened by the North & South Western Junction Railway in 1909 as an attempt to gain passenger numbers since the opening of the District Line.

Enwrought Light is a sculpture in Bedford Park, London. It was sculpted by Conrad Shawcross and commemorates the poet W. B. Yeats who was a resident of the area for many years. It was unveiled on 6 September 2022 by Rowan Williams, the former Archbishop of Canterbury. The sculpture stands on Bath Rd and The Avenue, outside St Michael & All Angels Church at the corner of The Avenue and Bath Road.

The Polish Social and Cultural Centre (Polish: Polski Ośrodek Społeczno-Kulturalny; POSK) is a Polish cultural centre in west London, England. It was founded in 1967 and funded by public subscription, on the initiative of Polish engineer Roman Wajda, at 238–246 King Street, Hammersmith.The rationale was that during the Cold War, the Polish community in the United Kingdom was politically opposed to the Polish Communist authorities in its native country and could not otherwise avail itself of a continuous source of Polish history and culture and for potential future generations in exile.

Hammersmith & Chiswick was a railway terminus in west London that was opened in 1858 by the North & South Western Junction Railway and closed in 1917, during the First World War.Originally named Hammersmith but renamed Hammersmith & Chiswick in 1880, the station was located midway between Chiswick and Hammersmith and was intended to serve both areas.
