The Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Headquarters is a skyscraper in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia that was completed on 13 February 2022 and became the tallest building in Ethiopia. It serves as the headquarters of the state-owned Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, the country's largest bank. It also is the tallest building in all of East Africa.

The 1962 African Cup of Nations was the third edition of the Africa Cup of Nations, the soccer championship of Africa (CAF). It was hosted by Ethiopia. Nine countries entered the competition, including the reigning champions Egypt, meaning for the first time a qualification tournament was required. The finals only included four teams.

Addis Ababa Stadium (Amharic: አዲስ አበባ ስታዲየም) is a multi-purpose stadium in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It is used mostly for football matches although it also has athletics facilities. The stadium has a capacity of 35,000 people.

Africa Park is a park situated along Menelik II Avenue in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It stretches from Menelik Palace to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa. Established in 1963, the park commemorates the foundation of the Organization of African Unity.It has been re-designed by Show Engineering Workshop in 1999 by Olivier Panhuys and architect Charbel Sassine.

The women's 800 metres event at the 2008 African Championships in Athletics was held at the Addis Ababa Stadium on May 3–4.

The Grace College of Business and Computer Science (GCBC) is a private college located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It was established in 2001.GCBC is a member of the Ethiopian Private Colleges Association. After the Second Italo-Ethiopian War, Mexico was one of only five countries that refused to recognize Italy's annexation of Ethiopia. The International Lutheran Church (ILC) is the English-speaking congregation of the Ethiopian Evangelical Church Mekane Yesus (EECMY) which meets in the Lidetta section of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Although it follows the Lutheran confession and worship, ILC welcomes any Christian worshippers.

The Ethiopian National Theatre is a national theatre in central Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

The Wegagen Bank Headquarters is a high-rise building and the headquarters of Wegagen Bank in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The most noticeable building in Addis Ababa's skyline, the building was inaugurated on 30 September 2017 after construction began in 2013, and has 107 meters height lying in 1,800 square meters in Ras Mekonnen Street near Addis Ababa National Stadium.
