今天在仁武區草潭里滯洪池完成10公里路跑，整體體驗非常不錯！這裡的環境很清幽，跑道平坦寬敞，繞著滯洪池一圈一圈跑，風景相當舒服，尤其是清晨或傍晚，微風徐徐，讓人跑起來格外放鬆。 沿途綠意盎然，空氣品質也不錯，對於想要避開都市喧囂、靜靜跑步的人來說，是個很棒的選擇。唯一要注意的是，有些區域陽光較少遮蔭，建議早晚來會比較舒服。 這次10K跑下來身心都獲得釋放，推薦給喜歡戶外運動的朋友來試試這個仁武在地的寶藏景點！
