National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute) (Russian: Национальный исследовательский ядерный университет "МИФИ" / НИЯУ МИФИ or МИФИ) is a technical university in Russia. It was founded in 1942 as the Moscow Mechanical Institute of Munitions (Московский механический институт боеприпасов, ММИБ), but was soon renamed the Moscow Mechanical Institute.

Golosov Ravine (Голосов Овраг), also known as Vlasov (Власов) ravine is a deep ravine located in Moscow, Russia. It is situated between the Kolomenskoe Hill and Dyakovo Hill and contains several springs and a brook at its bottom. On the left side of the ravine, there is a Neopagan shrine that centers around two revered "sacred stones".

Kashirskaya (Russian: Каширская) is a cross-platform station complex on the Moscow Metro. It was opened on 11 August 1969 as part of the Kakhovsky radius extension, and from 1984 was an interchange between the Kakhovskaya and the Orekhovskaya branches of the Zamoskvoretskaya line. Since 2022 it will be officially classed as three stations after the Bolshaya Koltsevaya line's separation, and also will be the terminus of it.

NEVOD (Russian: НЕВОД, НЕйтринный ВОдный Детектор, Neutrino Water Detector; nevod means "dragnet" in Russian) is a neutrino detector and cosmic ray experiment that attempts to detect Cherenkov radiation arising from interactions between water and charged particles (mostly muons). It represents the first attempt to perform such measurements at the Earth's surface; it is because of this surface deployment that the experiment is also able to investigate cosmic rays.
