Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona is a skyscraper and hotel in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. Completed in 2004, has 25 floors and rises 85 metres. It is part of Hilton Hotels. Lies on Passeig del Taulat street 262–264. In the beginning of 2019, the hotel completed an extensive renovation program.

Diagonal Mar i el Front Marítim del Poblenou is a neighborhood in the Sant Martí district of Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.The area between the seafront, Sant Adrià de Besòs and the Besòs river was previously made up of slums and poor areas surrounding the neighbourhoods of La Mina, El Maresme and Poblenou.

The Barcelona Biomedical Research Park ("PRBB") is an agglomeration of six public research centres and is located alongside the Hospital del Mar de Barcelona. Somorrostro Beach is one of the beaches in Barcelona, Catalonia. It is located between Hospital del Mar and Marina Street, in the far east area of the Barceloneta neighborhood, in the Ciutat Vella district. It is 522 metres (1,713 ft) long and 89 metres (292 ft) wide. The Somorrostro name was forgotten and the beach became one of the most popular in the city.

The Pavelló de la Mar Bella is an indoor arena located in Barcelona, Catalonia. Seating 4000, it hosted the badminton events for 1992 Summer Olympics. This venue was completed in time for the 1992 Games.

La Vila Olímpica del Poblenou or La Villa Olímpica (The Olympic Village of Poblenou) is a neighborhood in the Sant Martí district of Barcelona, Catalonia (Spain). It was constructed in the late 1980s and early 1990s for the 1992 Summer Olympic Games which took place in Barcelona. Its construction was devised by Oriol Bohigas, David Mackay and Albert Puigdomènec as a residential area in the otherwise industrial and working-class district of Poblenou, which underwent regeneration but involved massive expropriation, as well as the destruction of a sizeable portion of the district, including Industrial Revolution factories of architectural value such as Fàbrica Foret.
