Sunny Isles Beach

Haulover Park is a 177-acre (72 ha) urban park owned and operated by Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation & Open Spaces Department, located in metropolitan Miami, just north of Bal Harbour, Florida. The park is located on a shoal between the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay, just north of the Broad Causeway (SR 922) and Collins Avenue.

The Oleta River, situated north of Miami, drains the northern Everglades into Biscayne Bay, allowing freshwater to reach the Atlantic Ocean. Today, it is the only natural river in Miami-Dade County that has not been dredged and channelized. Its seven miles (11 km) of shoreline are largely undeveloped, making the Oleta River Corridor a vestige of wilderness in a matrix of urbanization.

Trump Towers is an oceanfront condominium development in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida consisting of three 271-unit towers with developer Gil Dezer of Dezer Properties. The three identical towers are designed by the Miami based company Sieger Suarez Architects. The luxurious indoor design is by Hirsch Bedner Associates with a three-story atrium, restaurant, fitness center, spa, and pool deck in each tower.
