ClubONE Riviera (Chinese: 會所1號 水中天), formerly called Star Seafood Restaurant (明星海鮮舫), and earlier called Treasure Floating Restaurant (敦煌畫舫), is a restaurant in Sha Tin, Hong Kong. The restaurant was built with granite taking on the shape of a ship berthing along the shore. The building is situated at the eastern shore of Shing Mun River, near the junction of Siu Lek Yuen Road and Tai Chung Kiu Road.

The Fo Tan Nullah (Chinese: 火炭渠) is one of the nullahs of the Shing Mun River in Fo Tan, Hong Kong.

Penfold Park (Chinese: 彭福公園) is a public park managed by the Hong Kong Jockey Club in Sha Tin, Hong Kong. It is named after Major-General Bernard Penfold, the first general manager of the Jockey Club who was in office from 1972 to 1979.The park is located in the centre (within the track) of the Sha Tin Racecourse with a gross area of over 20 acres.

Sha Tin Racecourse is one of the two racecourses for horse racing in Hong Kong. It is located in Sha Tin in the New Territories. It is managed by Hong Kong Jockey Club.Penfold Park is encircled by the track, and the Hong Kong Sports Institute is located immediately south of the property.Michael Jackson planned to perform at the racecourse on his Dangerous World Tour, which was the start of the third leg, but was cancelled due to the conflict of the racing season.

The Hong Kong Sports Institute (Chinese: 香港體育學院) is a sports institute located in Sha Tin, New Territories, Hong Kong. It is mandated to provide training to athletes, and also offers academic qualification in the field of sports training. The institute sponsors elite athletes and trains them as full-time employees, based on their talent and potential.

Jockey Club Ti-I College (TIC or JCTIC, Chinese: 賽馬會體藝中學, Demonym: Ti-Ian) is a secondary school in Fo Tan, Hong Kong. The setting up of Ti-I College ('Ti-I' pronounced as 'tee yee'), which is not only focused on normal academic curriculum, but also aimed to develop students' potential of visual arts and sports, was proposed by Sir Edward Youde, the late governor of Hong Kong.

The Palazzo (Chinese: 御龍山) is a large privately owned residential property located next to Fo Tan station in Fo Tan of Sha Tin District, Hong Kong. A pedestrian bridge connects The Palazzo to the station. Jointly developed by Sino Land and the MTR Corporation, it has a total of 1,375 flats as well as 230 parking spaces.
