Barahat Al Jufairi (Arabic: براحة الجفيري) is a district named after the Al Jufairi tribe, a highly prominent family in Qatar. Barahat Al Jufairi is a city located in the municipality of Doha. Historically, it was used as a central marketplace.Al Ahli SC, Qatar's oldest existing sports club, was headquartered in the district at the time of its founding in 1950.

Fereej Abdel Aziz (Arabic: فريج عبد العزيز, romanized: Farīq ‘Abd al ‘Azīz) is a district in Qatar, located in the municipality of Ad Dawhah.

Ad Dawhah al Jadidah (Arabic: الدوحة الجديدة) is a district in Qatar, located in the municipality of Ad Dawhah. It is bordered to the north by Mushayrib, Fereej Al Asmakh and Barahat Al Jufairi, to the east by Old Al Ghanim, to the south by Najma and Fereej Bin Durham, and to the west by Fereej Abdel Aziz.

Al Mukaynis is a locality of Mebaireek located in the municipality of Ar Rayyan, Qatar. Mudhlem Cave, which translates to "Dark Cave" in Arabic, is located in the area. Nearby Al Rekayya Farms (Irkaya Farms) is a popular bird watching site.In J.G. Lorimer's Gazetteer of the Persian Gulf, Al Mukaynis was mentioned as a stopover on the route from Hofuf to Doha as early as 1908.

Zone 5 is a zone of the municipality of Ad Dawhah in the state of Qatar. The main districts recorded in the 2015 population census were Al Najada, Barahat Al Jufairi, and Fereej Al Asmakh.

Rumeilah (Arabic: اَلرُّمَيْلَة, romanized: Ar Rumaylah; also spelled Rumaila) is a neighborhood of Doha, Qatar. It is divided into an eastern and western section. Zone 11, the eastern section, hosts roughly half of Al Bidda Park while Zone 21 contains most of Hamad Medical Corporation's facilities. Hamad Medical City was constructed over a 227,000 square meter area in Rumeilah at a cost of $659 million.

Fereej Al Asmakh (Arabic: فريج الأصمخ, romanized: Farīj al-'Aṣmakh) is a district in Qatar, located in the municipality of Ad Dawhah. Administratively, it is part of Zone 5, along with Al Najada and Barahat Al Jufairi.It is one of the smaller and older districts of Doha. As such, the district is considered as a good example of Qatar's cultural identity, which has led to several development programs by the government to rehabilitate its dilapidated structures.

Old Al Ghanim (Arabic: الغانم العتيق) is a neighborhood of Doha, the capital of Qatar, located in the municipality of Ad Dawhah. It forms a part of Doha's historic downtown. A notable landmark was the New World Centre, a supermarket established in 1987. It has since been relocated. Numerous other local businesses have also been relocated to other parts of Doha by the Ministry of Municipality and Environment so it could carry out massive-scale reconstruction of the neighborhood and clear out portions to make way for the Doha Metro.
