The Tukucha Khola (Nepali: टुकुचा खोला) is a tributary of the holy Bagmati River in Nepal. The ancient cultural name of this river is Ikshumati and it is called 'Tukucha' (Sugarcane river) in Newari language, which flows through dense settlements between Dhobi Khola and Bishnumati Khola in Kathmandu.

Dasharath Rangasala (Nepali: दशरथ रंगशाला; transl. Dasharath Stadium) is a multi-purpose stadium in Tripureshwar, Kathmandu. It is named after Dasharath Chand, one of the four great martyrs of Nepal.The stadium is used mostly for football matches and cultural programmes. It has floodlights installed, to facilitate matches and events in the evenings.

Paropakar Maternity and Women's Hospital, also known as Prasuti Griha (Nepali: प्रसूति गृह), is the first maternity hospital of Nepal. It is located on Maternity Hospital Road, in Thapathali, Kathmandu, Nepal. The hospital was established on 17 August 1959 and has 415 beds. About 15,000 women deliver their babies in this hospital annually.

The Dasharath Stadium Disaster occurred on 12 March 1988 at the Dasharath Stadium in Kathmandu, Nepal during a football match between the Janakpur Cigarette Factory and Bangladeshi side Liberation Army for the 1988 Tribhuvan Challenge Shield. 93 people were killed and 100 more were injured when attempting to flee from a hailstorm inside the hypethral national Dasarath Rangasala Stadium.

Thapathali Durbar (Nepali: थापाथली दरवार) was a palace complex in Kathmandu, the capital of the Nepal. Thapathali means abode of the Thapas. It was initially built by Nain Singh Thapa of the Thapa dynasty but was later occupied by Jung Bahadur Rana, as prime minister, the executive head of Nepal. The palace complex, located north of the Bagmati river, encompasses an impressive and vast array of courtyards, gardens, and buildings.

Sukraraj Tropical and Infectious Disease Hospital, named after Shukraraj Shastri, commonly known as Teku Hospital, is a public hospital in Teku, Kathmandu. It is the only hospital in Nepal especially designated for the treatment of tropical and infectious diseases. The hospital was established in 1933.
