Pasir Ris MRT station is an elevated Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the East West line (EWL) in Pasir Ris, Singapore. Situated along Pasir Ris Central adjacent to Pasir Ris Bus Interchange and the White Sands Shopping Mall, it is the eastern terminus of the EWL and, as of June 2021, the only MRT station within Pasir Ris.

Elias MRT station is a future underground Mass Rapid Transit station on the Cross Island line (CRL) located in Pasir Ris, Singapore.This station will be part of a future extension between the Pasir Ris and Punggol stations on the Cross Island line. Elias MRT station will be situated at the junction of Pasir Ris Drive 10 and Pasir Ris Drive 3, around the military training area that will be cleared by 2022.

Located in Seletar, the S$60 million plan to develop 140 hectares of land adjacent to Seletar Airport will further strengthen Singapore's position as an aviation hub. White Sands Shopping Mall (Chinese: 白沙购物中心), also known as White Sands, is a 5-storey shopping mall in Pasir Ris, Singapore. It is located near Pasir Ris MRT station and Pasir Ris Bus Interchange and features a basement with retail outlets and two additional floors of basement carparks.The mall is a gathering spot for conscripted soldiers due to the mall's close proximity to Pasir Ris Bus Interchange, the location at which they are dropped off from the army camp on Pulau Tekong.

Punggol Waterway Park is a 12.25 hectares (122,500 m2) riverine park located in Punggol, Singapore, along Sentul Crescent. The park consists of four themed areas. Each area is designated to cater to different users of the park.

Treelodge@Punggol (Chinese: 绿馨苑) (previously known as Treetops@Punggol) is a HDB estate located in Punggol, Singapore, located at Punggol Road, Punggol Drive and Punggol Place. It is Singapore's first experimental eco-friendly public-housing project and was awarded the Green Mark Platinum Award. The project also won international awards such as the Green Good Design Award in 2010 and the Futurac Green Leadership award in 2011 for its sustainable design.
