The Shanghai Expo Mart (Chinese: 上海世博会展中心; pinyin: Shànghǎi shìbóhuì zhǎn zhōngxīn; Shanghainese: Zånhe sypohwe zaen tsonshin), formerly the Africa Joint Pavilion (Chinese: 非洲聯合館), is an exhibition hall near the Huangpu River in Shanghai, China. The hall was originally constructed for Expo 2010 and consists of 21,000 square metres (230,000 sq ft) of indoor area and 3,600 square metres (39,000 sq ft) of outdoor space.

Houtan (simplified Chinese: 后滩; traditional Chinese: 後灘; pinyin: Hòutān), formerly Pujiang Yaohua Station, is a station on Line 7 of the Shanghai Metro. It opened in April 2010, 3 months later than the rest of the stations on the line.The station is located in Pudong New Area and was one of the stations that was a part of the Expo 2010 zone.

The Dapu Road Tunnel (Chinese: 打浦路隧道), formerly Huangpu River Tunnel or Project 651, is a road tunnel that runs under the Huangpu River in the city of Shanghai, China. It connects Huangpu District on the Puxi side of Shanghai with Pudong New Area. It consists of two tubes, the first of which was constructed between 1965 and 1970 and acted as the first vehicular tunnel underneath the Huangpu River in.

Shibo Avenue (Chinese: 世博大道; pinyin: Shìbó Dàdào) is the name of a station on Line 13 of the Shanghai Metro. It served as the eastern terminus of the line until 30 December 2018, when the extension of Line 13 to Zhangjiang Road opened.The station has 3 tracks, one island platform, and one side platform.

The UK pavilion at Expo 2010, colloquially known as the Seed Cathedral, was a sculpture structure built by a nine-member conglomeration of British business and government resources directed by designer Thomas Heatherwick. It referenced the race to save seeds from round the world in banks, and housed 250,000 plant seeds at the end of 60,000 acrylic rods projecting from the walls of the building.

The Sweden pavilion at the 2010 Shanghai Expo was situated in Zone C of the Pudong Expo site, surrounded by other Nordic and European country pavilions. The 3000 square-meter pavilion was designed by Swedish architectural firm Sweco according to the Swedish theme of “The Spirit of Innovation”. The total budget for the Swedish pavilion was around 150 million SEK, slightly more than half of which was contributed by the Swedish business sector.

Despite the US being one of the last countries to sign a participation agreement with the Shanghai Expo, the USA pavilion at Expo 2010 in Shanghai, China became one of the most visited national pavilions at the six-month Expo.
