Around Jinji Lake

The Gate to the East, also known as the Gate of the Orient, (simplified Chinese: 东方之门; traditional Chinese: 東方之門; pinyin: dōng fāng zhī mén) is the second tallest building in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China behind Suzhou IFS. It is intended to be a symbol of a gateway to the city which emphasizes the city's continuing significance in modern China.

Harmony Times Square (Chinese: 圆融时代广场) is a business complex located in Suzhou Industrial Park, Suzhou, Jiangsu, China, close to the east bank of Jinji Lake. It occupies an area of 210,000 square meters. The square has become a landmark in Suzhou.

Dongfangzhimen Station (Chinese: 东方之门站, literally Gate to the East Station) is a station of Line 1, Suzhou Rail Transit. The station is located in Suzhou Industrial Park of Suzhou, near the Gate to the East skyscraper, which is positioned at the intersection of the historical East-West-axis of Suzhou Old Town with the West bank of Jinji Lake.

Culture & Expo Center Station (Chinese: 文化博览中心站) is a station of Line 1, Suzhou Rail Transit. The station is located in Suzhou Industrial Park of Suzhou. It has been in use since April 28, 2012, the same time of the preoperation of Line 1.In November 2019, this station and many others were partially renamed to Wenhuabolanzhongxin Station.

Suzhou Ferris Wheel is a 120-metre (394 ft) tall giant Ferris wheel on the east bank of Jinji Lake in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China. It has 60 passenger cabins, a maximum capacity of 300 passengers, and takes approximately 20 minutes to complete each revolution.Suzhou Ferris Wheel was completed in 2009. It is one of four 120 m Ferris wheels in China, the other three being Changsha Ferris Wheel (completed 2004), Tianjin Eye (completed 2008), and Zhengzhou Ferris Wheel (completed 2003).

Suzhou Zhongnan Center (Chinese: 苏州中南中心) is a 499.2-metre (1,638 ft) tall building under construction in Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP), Suzhou, Jiangsu, China. Original plans called for a height of 729 metres (2,391.7 ft) but plans were scrapped in 2019 in compliance with China's ban on buildings taller than 500 metres (1,641 ft).

The Suzhou RunHua Global Center (Chinese: 苏州盛高环球大厦), formerly the SPG Global Towers, are a pair of skyscrapers in Suzhou, China. Groundbreaking on the buildings began in 2007, and they were completed in 2010. Building A is 282 m (925 ft) to the architectural tip with 49 floors, and is used mostly for office space, while tower B is 240 m (790 ft) to the architectural tip with 54 floors, and is residential.

Xinghai Square Station (Chinese: 星海广场站) is a station of Line 1, Suzhou Rail Transit. The station is located in Suzhou Industrial Park of Suzhou. It has been in use since April 28, 2012, the same time of the preoperation of Line 1.

Ligongdi Station (Chinese: 李公堤西) is a station of Line 3, Suzhou Rail Transit. The station is located in Suzhou Industrial Park, Jiangsu. It has been in use since December 25, 2019; when Line 3 first opened to the public. Upon completion of Line 6, the station will act as one of two interchanges between the lines.

Yanyuqiao Station (Chinese: 烟雨桥) is a station of Line 3, Suzhou Rail Transit. The station is located in Suzhou Industrial Park, Jiangsu. It has been in use since December 25, 2019; when Line 3 first opened to the public.
