Lamar Towers are a pair of skyscrapers currently under construction in the city of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Located on Jeddah Corniche, Tower 1 will be 313.7 m (1,029 ft) tall (including antenna) with 68 floors above ground, and Tower 2 will be 289.6 m (950 ft) tall with 60 floors above ground.The proposal for the project was submitted by Cayan in 2008 and was approved in the same year.

The Headquarters Business Park Tower is a 52 story office building located on the coast site of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.When completed in 2012, it became the tallest building in Jeddah, overtaking the nearby King Road Tower.The building contains offices, clinics, and restaurants. It is served by a large 11-storey parking garage and a unique heliport on the top.
