Puget Creek is a small urban creek in the U.S. state of Washington, in the north end of Tacoma, It rises in Puget Park and flows north to Commencement Bay, part of Puget Sound. Its course follows a steep ravine containing Puget Gardens Park. The creek's course is mostly contained within the 66-acre (270,000 m2) natural area of Puget Gulch.

Fireboat No. 1 is a historic fireboat on display in a permanent land installation on the waterfront in the Old Town area of Tacoma, Washington. Built in 1929, she was for more than fifty years the sole firefighting vessel for the Port of Tacoma. She was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1980.

City of Kingston was a steamship launched in 1884. It was built in Wilmington, Delaware. It was used on the Hudson River before a change of ownership brought it to Puget Sound. The New York Times reported in December 1889 that it was heard from in "Barbadoes" after being feared lost.Its sister ship was City of Seattle, built in Philadelphia in 1890.

St. Peter's Episcopal Church is a historic church on Starr between 29th and 30th Streets in the Old Tacoma neighborhood of Tacoma, Washington, United States.It was built in 1873 and added to the National Register in 1974. Old St. Peter's Church was the first church built in Tacoma and is now Tacoma's oldest existing building.

Old Tacoma is a neighborhood of the north end of Tacoma, Washington, more commonly known as Old Town.

Tacoma Science and Math Institute (also known as SAMi), is a public high school in the Tacoma Public Schools district. It is located in Metro Parks Tacoma in Tacoma, Washington. The school offers an integrated inquiry-based curriculum for students in grades 9-12 that combines the arts, science, math, and environmental and marine studies.
