Paved pedestrian/bike trail from Sacramento Avenue to the entrance to the Santa Cruz wharf. Restrooms at the light house and the entrance to the wharf. Also I nice little cafe food truck at the lighthouse restroom. Not crowded mornings and weekdays but on weekends there are a lot of people and more bikes. Still able to keep a good pace or run if you like, just try not to get run over by bicyclists.
