Couple's Retreat Garden (Chinese: 耦园; pinyin: Ǒu Yuán; Suzhou Wu: Ngeu yoe, Wu Chinese: [ŋøʏ ɦyø]) located in Suzhou city, Jiangsu province, China is a famous classical Chinese garden. It is recognized with other classical Suzhou gardens as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Fengmen Subdistrict (simplified Chinese: 葑门街道; traditional Chinese: 葑門街道; pinyin: Fēngmén Jiēdào) is a former subdistrict of Gusu District, Suzhou, Jiangsu, China. The subdistrict was abolished on March 24, 2017 when it was merged into Shuangta Subdistrict.

Pan Gate, Pan Men, or Panmen (simplified Chinese: 盘门; traditional Chinese: 盤門; pinyin: Pán Mén; Suzhou Wu: Boe men, Wu Chinese: [bø mən]) is a historical landmark in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China. It is located on the south-west corner of the Main Canal or encircling canal of Suzhou. Originally built during the Spring and Autumn period in the state of Wu, historians estimate it to be around 2,500 years old.

Soochow University (simplified Chinese: 苏州大学; traditional Chinese: 蘇州大學; pinyin: Sūzhōu Dàxué), also known as Suzhou University, is a public university in Suzhou (Soochow), China. Its root can be traced to the original Soochow University (東吳大學) founded by Methodists in 1900, which was later split and merged with a couple of institutions.

The original Soochow University (Chinese: 東吳大學) was a university based in Suzhou and Shanghai in China, established in 1900. The university was registered in the state of Tennessee in the United States.After the Chinese Civil War, the university was disbanded by the People's Republic of China government in 1952, with its faculties amalgamated with parts of other universities to create various specialist universities in Suzhou and Shanghai.

Xiangmen Station (Chinese: 相门站) is a station of Line 1, Suzhou Rail Transit. The station is located in Gusu District of Suzhou. It has been in use since April 28, 2012, the same time of the preoperation of Line 1.

The Garden of Cultivation (Chinese: 艺圃; pinyin: Yì Pǔ) is one of the best preserved examples of a Ming Dynasty classical garden in Suzhou. It is part of the Classical Gardens of Suzhou on UNESCO's World Heritage Site list. "Due to its special history, this Garden was virtually unknown before it was listed as a UN World Cultural Heritage site."

Xujiang Subdistrict (pinyin: Xūjiāng Jiēdào) is a former subdistrict of Gusu District, Suzhou, Jiangsu, China. The subdistrict was abolished on March 24, 2017 when it was merged into Canglang Subdistrict.
