Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat

Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat (French pronunciation: ​[sɛ̃ ʒɑ̃ kap fɛʁa]; Occitan: Sant Joan de Cap Ferrat; Italian: San Giovanni Capo Ferrato) is a commune in the Alpes-Maritimes department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in Southeastern France. In 2017, it had a population of 1,573. Cap Ferrat was named in 2012 as the second most expensive residential location in the world after Monaco.

Cap Ferrat (pronounced [kap fɛʁa]; English: Cape Ferrat) is a cape situated in the Alpes-Maritimes department in Southeastern France. It is located in the commune of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.Hospitius lived there as a recluse during the 6th century. Thus, the cape is sometimes called Cap-Saint-Hospice or Cap-Saint-Sospis.

La Voile d'Or is a hotel in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, France. The hotel is a seasonal establishment, open from May to October. It overlooks the nearby port. La Voile d'Or has become famous for its many celebrity guests over the years.

The Jardin botanique "Les Cèdres" (French pronunciation: ​[ʒaʁdɛ̃ bɔtanik lɛ sɛːdʁ]) (14 hectares), often called simply Les Cèdres or the Jardin de la villa "Les Cèdres", is a private botanical garden located at 57 Avenue Denis Séméria, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Alpes-Maritimes, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France.
